We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that if your order is already in the shipping process, it may not be possible to cancel.

If your order has shipped and you still wish to cancel, you can refuse delivery. The package will be returned to us, and once received, we will process your refund, minus any applicable shipping fees.
